

*Help for those having difficulty confirming booking online in our new system:
Dear Clients, as we moved to a new scheduling and email platform this year since our old one was bought out, we have run into a common challenge for many -- when booking online, our new platform fails to make the steps through to the end of the booking process clear. This means that you may think that you've fully booked a massage appointment for yourself, when in fact you have not. WE ARE SO SORRY ABOUT THIS! It's extremely frustrating on both ends, and we have asked our platform for a remedy. They have assured us they are improving the process and solving this problem by October.

In the meanwhile, once you get to the page that tells you the cost of the massage and that you owe nothing at time of booking, it will give you the option of putting your existing credit card down for the reservation, or adding a credit card on file. BE SURE TO CLICK ON THE CREDIT CARD LINK to select your existing card, or to put a card on file.

YOU ARE NOT FULLY CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU HAVE SELECTED/INPUTTED A CREDIT CARD TO RESERVE THE APPOINTMENT, AND YOU GET THE SCREEN THAT SAYS "CONFIRMED!" At that point you will also receive a confirmation email from our system.
