Kid's Yoga!
Treat your child to an ancient method of mind-body movement which is a
modern fitness and lifestyle craze! Children are known to easily
assimilate the practice of yoga, and in this safe and supportive class,
your child will be introduced to the basics of yoga, challenged within
their comfort zone to try new things, and given the opportunity to work
with partners and a group to move gracefully and develop healthy habits
in the mind and body. Yoga for kids teaches children about healthy,
non-competitive exercise, especially in the winter months. Kids will
develop inner strength and calm through yoga, as well as the ability to
focus and concentrate on ever deepening levels. Yoga for kids builds
confidence and self esteems, as well as encourages self-relaxation and
self-control as they learn to safely manage their energy. Kid's yoga is a
fun and uplifting class designed for children ages 7-12.
