Yoga means to unite, to create balance, to merge with wholeness. In this series, you will learn step-by-step how to unravel stress, optimize alignment, build inner strength, and quiet your mind simply by stepping on a yoga mat and creating space for yourself to relax.

Vinyasa Flow Level 1/2

This class is designed to release inner tension, build strength, and lengthen and tone the body, while challenging you in poses to discover your subtle energy and release holding patterns in the body.

Vinyasa Flow Level 2

A challenging combination of poses designed to optimize your energy, increase focus and boost wellbeing. This class will tone and strengthen your inner body, detoxify and release stress. Better than a cup of coffee, and as beneficial as a massage.

Laughter Yoga

We're continuing Laughter Yoga Social Club meetings at Back In Touch on Saturday at 9:00 am.

If you haven't already done so, stop in for one of our Laughter Yoga Social Club meetings.

Our laughter yoga club gives you easy and fun activities to experience energy and joy and benefits your cardiovascular and immune systems as well as your emotional, social and occupational lives. Laughter yoga is a great way to get energized and feel good.

This intensive all day workshop will cover everything you need to know to create a labor experience that is relaxing and fulfilling. No matter what your philosophy or method of childbirth, this class will give you the skills to create a supportive and comforting environment on your big day.

Kid's Yoga!
Treat your child to an ancient method of mind-body movement which is a modern fitness and lifestyle craze! Children are known to easily assimilate the practice of yoga, and in this safe and supportive class, your child will be introduced to the basics of yoga, challenged within their comfort zone to try new things, and given the opportunity to work with partners and a group to move gracefully and develop healthy habits in the mind and body. Yoga for kids teaches children about healthy, non-competitive exercise, especially in the winter months. Kids will develop inner strength and calm through yoga, as well as the ability to focus and concentrate on ever deepening levels. Yoga for kids builds confidence and self esteems, as well as encourages self-relaxation and self-control as they learn to safely manage their energy. Kid's yoga is a fun and uplifting class designed for children ages 7-12.
