Erin Baker, LMT
Erin is a the co-owner of Back In Touch Wellness Center and is a member of a family of massage therapists. Erin's modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, CranioSacral Therapy, Acupressure and Raindrop Therapy. She is also certified in prenatal and infant massage instruction and is one of the Co-Leader's of the Nashville Birth Network. Her approach to massage is an integration of all her techniques to best suit the needs of her clients. Take the time to relax with her calm, down-to-earth sessions and let your body unwind.
Kristina Guisler, LMT
Kristina pursued her massage therapy education after years of personal interest in holistic healing, nutrition therapy and yoga. She graduated from Cumberland Institute in Brentwood in 2006. Kristina specializes in Lymphatic drainage, Acupressure, Swedish relaxation and Deep Tissue massage. Her goal is to deliver a unique and thoughtful massage based on your needs at the time and to assist you on your journey of health and well-being.
Elyse McMeen, LMT
Elyse has been a massage professional for six years and a beneficiary of massage for many years previous. Her modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Neuromuscular Therapy. Elyse is also certified in Prenatal Massage. Many of her clients seek massage to help them deal with repetitive use injuries and chronic pain. Others recognize the benefits of her work in helping them prevent injuries or as part of a larger wellness program. Whenever possible, Elyse will provide postural tips, stretches, and suggestions for possible lifestyle changes. It is always her hope that a client can continue to feel healthy and pain free long after he/she leaves the massage table.
Julia Rix, LMT
Julia is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher. Julia has studied and practiced meditation, martial arts, nutrition, fitness, Yoga and the Healing Arts for 15 years. In 2001, she began studying yoga, completing her teacher training at the Yoga Room in 2008. Julia continues to study various massage modalities and approaches to yoga. In addition to traditional table work, Julia practices Thai Massage and Reiki. She is also certified in Pre and Perinatal Massage.
Jessica Humphrey, LMT
Jessica combines a unique blend of Swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy and energy work into her treatments. Care and nourishment of the nervous system is a root element of every session, supporting clients to re-emerge with a stronger ability to be well in their day-to-day lives, regardless of what physical or emotional concerns brought them to receive bodywork. When she's not at Back in Touch, Jessica divides her time between working with Medical Students at Meharry Medical College and completing her studies as an herbalist. Jessica loves reading, dancing, and being engaged in the pursuit to live simply, love fully and laugh often. Jessica works the 2nd Sunday of every month.
Yoga
Waller McInnes
Waller has been practicing yoga for 13 years and teaching for 6. She discovered yoga as a teenager and was initially drawn to yoga as a meditation to help overcome depression. She has studied with teachers around the world and continues to pursue studies in the healing aspects of yoga and alternative health. She is a certified life coach and holistic health counselor and graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is trained in yoga through Yoga Works Orange County and At One Yoga in Phoenix.
Waller has taught yoga to many different groups and organizations, including children, seniors, men and women in recovery, TN Prison for Women, Recovery Ranch, Magdalene House, Park Center, as well as in corporations and offices. Her classes are a perfect balance of yin (slow, grounding) and yang (power, energizing) and are ultimately relaxing and regenerating. She believes that yoga can heal the body and your life and encourages her students to practice yoga off the mat by maintaining an open mind and embracing change.

Hypnotherapy
Nancy Hajek
Nancy serves as Director of Membership for the Society for Spiritual Regression. She is a certified hypnotherapist, and her practice includes Clinical Hypnotherapy as well as Past Life and Life Between Lives Regression. Nancy holds a Respondere, Qui Docet Dicit, and Teaching Certificate in Applied Metaphysics; is a member of the National Association for Transpersonal Hypnotherapists, and trained in Life Between Lives Regression with Dr. Michael Newton.
Nancy studied the structure and the controlled use of the mind for eight years with a private educational institute, researching scientific methods of experiencing expanded states of consciousness. She taught applied metaphysics for 14 years before entering into private hypnotherapy practice in Nashville, Tennessee.
